A Texas Tradition
Rowena Packing is a family-owned meat processing facility in the heart of Texas.
We’re proud to announce the expansion of our premium beef line, Drover Beef, a brand that represents the rich tradition and heritage of Texas ranching and beef production.

About Us
Rowena was completely renovated and expanded in 2023–2024 into a state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot facility with refrigerated processing floors and storage. This investment has allowed us to elevate efficiency, food safety, and quality while positioning ourselves as a USDA-FSIS inspected niche packing and fabrication plant. Unlike large-scale operations, we focus on doing one thing exceptionally well—serving our clients with unmatched dedication and flexibility.
Because we operate a single facility, we provide 100% client-based focus with no compromises. Our team takes pride in being quick on its feet and able to adapt to customer needs, building value and innovation into every product we deliver. We may not be the biggest in the industry, but that’s never been our goal. Our strength lies in being nimble, creative, and relentless in pursuit of excellence—which is why we believe that while others may be larger, we just might be the best.
